Pricing & licensing FAQ

How do the 1, 3, and 5-year Individual terms work?: You license NDA Individual per user for the selected term and receive every feature update released during that window. Three-year terms include a 15% discount compared to annual renewals, and five-year terms save 25%. We remind you 60 days before renewal so you can extend or upgrade without interruption.
Can we extend or upgrade before the term ends?: Yes. You can add seats or move from Individual to Enterprise at any point and we credit the unused portion of your current term toward the new agreement. Use the "Buy Individual" checkout for self-serve licenses or contact sales for a tailored upgrade path.
What is included with NDA Enterprise maintenance?: NDA Enterprise maintenance covers all major releases, offline enrichment data updates, security fixes, and dedicated support SLAs (email plus SLA-backed responses). For perpetual licenses, maintenance keeps your deployment current and unlocks new features as they ship.
Do you support quotes, POs, and regional tax requirements?: We can issue formal quotes, process purchase orders, and provide tax-compliant invoices (including VAT/GST collection where required). Reach out through the sales form with your procurement details and we'll match your purchasing workflow.
